What was the reasoning or the requirement that put the forward CG limit further aft (16.8"), on the models 7CCM, 7DC, and original 7EC's ? Most of the other 7 series airplanes have the forward CG limit around 14". Most of the 7 series airplane wing incidence's are at +1* and horizontal stabilizers are at -5*. Seat locations are the same. Why do these 3 models have to be more tail heavy ?
