Service Letter 417

Can someone tell h0w to get a copy and/or buy the parts mentioned in the Sevice Letter. I understand that p/n 1-2444-4 is a cloth patch of the same material of the covering, but the dimensions are not given. Also, p/ns 2-2267,1-0019 and 11-0898. I would imagine they come in a kit.
