what should a normal egt temp. be full rich 2,000 feet on 60 deg. day?

The actual temp is not as important as how many degrees it rises as you lean it. I would expect to see at least 100 degree rise in EGT from full rich to peak at that altitude. The full rich EGT may be 1200 - 1300 more or less but that is not of particular importance.
