Flying a '94 7GCBC without a VOR antenna. Looking for options on a suitable antenna and also a suitable mounting location. Would like to install the antenna to provide VOR/ILS frequency input to a Garmin GNC 255. Is a wingtip location feasible? If so, can anyone suggest a make/model of antenna?

The bracketing should already be welded up in the vertical stabilizer for mounting the VOR antenna
