Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Made-to-order products
All of our products are made to order just for you. That means we don’t keep inventory on hand and can’t accept traditional returns or exchanges for reasons like:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or color
2. Size & fit issues
If your item doesn’t fit quite right:

We don’t typically offer refunds or free replacements for size issues, since each item is printed specifically for your order.
3. Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
If your order arrives with any of the following:

Misprint or obvious printing error
-
Damage in transit
-
Wrong item, color, or size compared to your order confirmation
We’ve got you.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
A brief description of the problem
-
Clear photos of the product (and the packaging if damaged)
Once we review the issue, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
4. Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

First, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll investigate. In some cases, we may offer a replacement at a discount.
If tracking shows the package is stuck or never delivered, reach out and we’ll help resolve it.
5. Non-returnable items
Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns unless there is:

A manufacturing defect

A printing error

Damage from shipping

We sent the wrong product
