Services & Capabilities

Below are our core repair station capabilities. Please review the services, limitations, and pricing guidance before submitting a request.

Complete & Partial Rebuilds

Full or partial airframe rebuilds for ACA aircraft—restoring fuselage, wings, and tail to factory standards.

Common work includes:

  • Full or partial airframe rebuilds (fuselage, wings, and tail)

  • Fixture-mounted fuselage rebuilds to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity

  • Upgrades performed during rebuilds (examples: aluminum gear, cargo doors, extended baggage)

Important notes:

  • No rebuild of existing parts — replacements utilize new components and assemblies

Fuselage & Tail Upgrades

Structural and utility upgrades for the fuselage and tail—often performed during rebuilds or as standalone projects.

Common work includes:

  • Structural replacement and recover work (damaged tubing or component removal)

  • Upgrade to aluminum landing gear (standalone modification or during rebuild)

  • Extended baggage area conversions for increased storage capacity

  • Cargo door installations for improved accessibility

  • Fabric recover and repainting of fuselage and tail assemblies

  • Tail surface replacements to restore alignment and control performance

Wing and Tank Work

Wing removal/replacement and related fuel system work for eligible aircraft.

Common work includes:

  • Removal and replacement of wings due to tank leaks, fabric deterioration, or upgrade requirements

  • Wing removal and installation for new or refurbished assemblies

  • Fabric repair and repainting limited to affected areas (example: bird strikes or localized damage)

Important notes:

  • Metal-spar conversions are factory-only operations

  • No wood-spar wing repairs are performed

Metal & Fabric Work

Recovering, repair, and refinishing support for fabric and metal components.

Common work includes:

  • Full recovering of wings, tail, and fuselage fabric surfaces

  • Localized patch and section repairs with refinishing and paint touch-ups

  • Repainting and refinishing for full or partial airframes

  • Media blasting and powder coating available for frames and components

Pricing note:

  • All pricing varies; individual quotes provided after inspection.

Engine & Baffle Work

Engine-area support related to mounts, attachments, hoses, and baffles.

Common work includes:

  • Replacement of metal engine baffles (often discovered during teardown or inspection)

  • Engine mount and attachment replacements (not overhauls)

  • Replacement of hoses and isolators as needed for safety and reliability

Avionics & Panel Upgrades

Avionics installations and panel modernization, from simple upgrades to full package builds.

Common work includes:

  • Installation and upgrade of avionics systems (single-unit radios to complete VFR and IFR packages)

  • Custom instrument panel fabrication or modernization of existing layouts

  • Upgrades performed during rebuilds or as standalone installations

Important Limitations

Wood-spar wings: No work is performed on wood-spar wings — only removal and replacement with new ACA-manufactured metal-spar assemblies.

Estimates: Estimates are subject to revision after teardown and inspection.
